BREIC Masterminds & Lunch with Robby

Thursday at 11 am we have Masterminds and that is followed up with Lunch with Robby.  He picks a home with possibilities and Investors meet at the home at noon.  Bring your own lunch.  Robby will  suggest how you can make the home an investment from dropping the offering price to various repairs that will enhance the value of the home.  With this in mind structure your investment to sell below market.  Robby will provide you with two market ready comparable reports "as is" and when "completed".  With his assistance the guess work will be under control.

Lunch with Robby Or the Mike & Robby Road show

TODAY!  We meet at 2965 N Caradoc near 5 mile and Ustick.  Currently it has 3 br and 1.5 ba.  REO property  Vacant so we won't hurt any ones feelings.  It has 98 DOM so perhaps Homepath is ready to hear a realistic offer might I say closer to $60000.  We willl meet at the home at noon and bring our own lunches and analyze as a group the home..  What would we have to pay for it  what repairs what demolition any total deal killers?  This should be fun.  Each Thursday we will meet at a different house and discover what offer we need to make to come out profitable and a win win deal for all parties.

BREIC Mike Dietz RE Team 7-2-12

Hi in the heat Fellow RE Investors,
 
I'm sure most of you do not realize that Wine Wednesday has started up again!  It begins at 5 PM  and lasts until about 6:30 PM on the porch of the Firehouse. Bring your favorite poo poo to share and / or a beverage of your choice.  The beverage of the moment is Wine but anything goes.  It is a gas, a great way to finish off Wednesday evening.  Since the fourth is on Thursday our next wine gathering will be on the 10th.
 
Tonight marks the first General Meeting at Stewart Title at 6 PM lasting until about 7:30 PM.  9196 W Emerald Ste. 100.  Stephanie Coffey is our representative as well as yours.  Robby is threatening to roast dogs to commemorate the occasion.  I'm sure most of you know that the Mike Dietz Team has moved to Wendy Works Realty,  Headed by Wendy Northcut a successful Realtor for over thirty years.  She understands your pain and she will back us up all we need.  Hopefully she will be able to attend tonight and that she will talk about our role as Realtors and how we can assist the Investor in reaching their goals.
 
Each Wednesday at 10 AM we host a Mastermind meeting at the Firehouse.  We throw out some ideas and so do the participants and we come up with innovative ways to crack the code in Real Estate Investment.  There are many ways to get the job done and we propose that we put it all on the table and break it down.  Please join us.........you will be glad you did.
 
One new program we are starting  the 11th is each Thursday at noon we will pack our own lunches and meet at a possible investment property.  We will discuss what we need to pay for the property to make it profitable and what repairs have to be done.  We will have our ideas but the most important ideas are yours.  Hopefully you will discover some gems in the market and carve out a place for you to operate.
