Howdy RE Investors,
 
FINALLY we got some Snow!  Cinderella and I went up to Bogus Sunday morning.  We only lasted five runs.  Old, out of shape, fat and heavy icy snow.  Is it too much to ask to groom an access run like War Eagle to get to the new chair 3?  How about grooming a few more so people will actually ski there?  Groom them and they will come.  There are plenty of people like me with PD that for some reason want to ski groomers!  It was fun twisting sticks anyway and thanks to my wife for putting up with me.  Gregg Ostrow is taking some of us challenged skiers up Wednesday to ski in the AM.  If you want to join our "distinguished" group meet at the bottom of chair 1 at 10 AM.  Let me know you will be there.  We will have to tap Cindy Woyak to speak to us in the future.  She is a wonderful speaker and she didn't let our out of control members rattle her!  I think she actually enjoyed it.  Demand is definitely picking up.  We are getting several inquiries every day.  Our next meeting February 7th will be a good one.  It is dedicated to assist the investor in the search for money.  Don't miss it.  Ray the Handyman will also be serving a delectable delight to tickle your taste buds and fill you up.

BREIC Mike Dietz Sales Team news & picks 1-9-12


Hey RE Investors,
 
We had an interesting week end, less the normal skiing two hours Sat and Sun morning, up by 9 AM Down by 1 PM.   Everyone get together and "THINK SNOW".  Make an old fat guy with PD a happy camper. 
 
 Our General Meeting on Tuesday went pretty well.  Cindy Woyak Broker for Silvercreek Real Estate Group was our featured speaker.  She was wonderful, talking about making a business plan and reviewing and tweaking it periodically.  It was also brought up that certain Investors mostly students of Greg Pineo would like direct access one on one with MLS Listed property Sellers.  The reasons Sellers list with a Realtor are many but primarily for the negotiating and sales skills that their Realtor possesses.  Most Sellers do not want direct contact with prospective Buyers.  A Win-Win transaction is what we all should strive to achieve.  If you want to be a successful Investor and negotiate with Sellers take a different path.  Develop your own Seller leads, negotiate on neutral ground, and construct an offer that fits both your needs and those of the Seller.  As a Realtor I have no problem asking the Listing Agent to allow a Buyer to present an offer directly to the Seller.  If I represented the Seller I would advise him/her to not get in an uncomfortable position that they are not experienced in.  I would have a duty to the Seller to insolate them and act as a buffer.  So if you are an Investor that wants direct access to Buyers through a MLS Listed property, ask your Realtor (hopefully from our team) to put it together and you prepare to compromise on access, time, location, and attendees.  If you insist on one on one direct negotiation develop your own marketing plan, stay ahead of agency law, and always put together Win-Win deals.  A Realtor is on your side weather you are a Buyer or a Seller!  As a Realtor I am not the enemy of Investors.  Perhaps Real Estate Agents could be seen as the grease that keeps the wheels spinning.  We can return to this subject at the next meeting if desired.

BREIC Mike Dietz Sales Team news & picks 1-1=12


Hello fellow RE Investors,
 
HAPPY NEW YEAR!  Cindy and I had a quiet evening, in bed by new year New York time.  We used to tell Alex after watching the ball drop that it was all over and off to bed she would go.  I don't think she got it until she was eighteen.  We have a treat for you at Tuesday's January General Meeting at 6 PM 1099 S Wells in the Silvercreek Training room.  Our featured speaker is going to be Cindy Woyak Broker at Silvercreek Realty Group.  She is an excellent speaker.  She will be bringing in the new year talking about planning your future and how a Realtor can help you achieve your goals.  Steven Tennies will introduce himself as a business councilor available for one on one coaching.  Ray the Handyman will provide a delectable delight just for you.  Of course after the program we will have thirty minutes or so of networking.  Alex promises to come.  This is the first meeting of the year so consider joining for the whole year and support the BREIC.  We will call and remind everyone on Tuesday morning starting at 9 AM.  Anyone is welcome to come by the Firehouse and join in the fun.  We'll see you Tuesday at 6 PM!!!
