BREIC Mike Dietz Sales Team news & picks 12-20-11


Hello Fellow RE Investors,
 
It has been about ten years since David Wilkinson and I founded the BREIC.  We started out in the training room of Transnation (now Fidelity) and moved to the training room at Keller Williams.  From there we went to the training room at All Pro on Cole and then we moved to our present location in the Silvercreek training room.  It all seems like it was yesterday.  From the start we have been members of the National REIA.  There are many benefits for our Club as well as our members.  Our current relationship with Silvercreek is fantastic.  The Broker Cindy Woyak is going to be our speaker at our January 3rd General Meeting.  She will discuss Business planning and the Advantages of using a Realtor / Broker.  We  all need to go into the new year with a plan no matter how modest or aggressive.  Cindy will do a great job and provide us with the road map to investing in 2012.  I'm sure Ray the Handyman will start the new year with a delectable delight.  Robby will update us with any web success he has had.  Please renew your membership in the BREIC.  It makes budgeting a far simpler task.

BREIC Mike Dietz Sales Team news & picks 12-12-11


Hello fellow RE Investors,
 
Could it get any colder?  At least it could come with a few snow storms!  I want to twist sticks up at Bogus and Tom Burke wants to shake his board.  For anyone interested Gregg Ostrow is following up last years Thursday mornings at Bogus with a new round for this year.  Kirk Macallister, Gregg Ostrow, and Mike Dietz are charter members of this "challenged" group.  The meeting went swell on the 6th of December.  Brenda's Jambalaya was a huge success.  Sometimes we think investors just come for the food!  Ray the Handyman is usually in charge of delectable delights so this was kind of a night off for Ray and Jeri, except she did run the front desk.  (and THANKS)  We have the next year penciled in with speakers we would like to have attend the BREIC monthly meeting.  If you have a special person in mind or would like to address the group, please communicate your desire to us and we will make it happen.  Watch out for Steve Gibson.  JR and Mike Dietz are ready to add to the property management business.  It is a new year, support the BREIC and join for the year 2012.  The RE market has hit the bottom...............MAKE IT HAPPEN!
