February General Meeting is coming on fast. The first Tuesday of the month is the second. We meet at 6:00 PM at Stewart title 913 W River Street. It is going to be an action packed meeting. We are going to have a presentation on using your 401K to finance your real estate projects. We also are going to have a speaker describe their "Hard Money" company. You should never have to turn down a profitable project. Our club has been educating investors since 2001. Besides that we have a blast networking!! I have been known to bring a bottle of wine or two and several members provide poo poos.

We had a fantastic General monthly meeting yesterday. We covered several subjects including projections for 2015. You can look for interest rates to increase in 2015. As sales increase and the market regains strength It will not be necessary to keep interest rates at an artificially low cost. So they will head up! Let's sit down and discuss your plans for 2015. We can both be assets to each other.

2015 IS GOING TO BE A PROFITABLE YEAR.
Housing is going to be front and forward. We are going to have opportunity after opportunity. Get your ducks lined up and take advantage of the best enviornment in over ten years. Lenders have made a calculated effort to control the market by holding back foreclosures. Now they need to release the inventory in the coming months. We will be there with our expertise and pocketbooks and game plans in hand. Take no prisoners and remember there are plenty of deals to go around.
David Shirtliff is spear-heading the effort to formulate a group of us to combine our talents and for our group to become a dominate factor in Boise housing. We will be discussing options and possible projects for 2015 at our first meeting of the year .
