Howdy RE Investors,
Top of the morning to you!  My darn computer crashed so I'm winging it.  Got up to the ski hill on Sunday stayed vertical most of the time but didn't last too long.  Our next meeting is March 5th at 6 PM until about 7 30 PM at 1099 S Wells just west of the Eagle exit along the freeway frontage road.  This is an exciting meeting the one Robby and I enjoy the most the annual Vendor Fair.  If any of our members are Vendors or have a spectacular support person of our industry in mind please notify us and you / they will included.  Our resident Real Estate Attorney William O'Connor will speak for a few minutes and we will have a special guest a Investor who works on a national basis.  He has access to significant amounts of money to invest on behalf of other people and has closed transactions spanning multiple states and has developed Real Estate investment into a full time job.  He will stay a few extra days.  He will be available to meet with those who are serious about possibly partnering on some deals with him weather it is in the short term or long term.
Due to the upturn in the market our meetings are well attended.  You should attempt to arrive a bit early to obtain a good seat.

BREIC Mike Dietz RE Team

Hello There
A great meeting is planned for tonight! Robby will speak on owner financing and Brett Labit With Local Impact Zone is going to discuss his company. Steve Allen of Continuum Property Solutions and will also speak. We can also expect to hear from Bill Neves, David Cathrae and William the RE :Lawyer. There should also be some delectable delights as long as they last. The meeting begins at 6 PM. Come early to grab a seat of your choice. 
Housing inventory is low and available choices are slim. We are in for a good ride so line up your ducks. Follow divorces, marriages, deaths and the usual distressed properties to develop leads. Use the talent of Bill Neves to write up lease options or rent to own.
Robby and I can assist you with Short Sales. In Idaho Short Sales are required to be facilitated by a Realtor if not by the owner directly.
Next month we have our annual Vendor Fair. Please review the list and suggest to us names you would like to see at the event. We think this is the most exciting meeting of the year.
