Lots going on. We are building a new website just for investors by a
company called Flipcom, supported by the TV show Flip this House! It is all
very exciting. Even the Assessor admits we have bottomed out and we have no
where to go but up in real estate values. This is the time for Investors to
jump in. Buy right going in and plan your exit down the road or immediately
turn the property. We are going to expand on Kirk's Picks at the General
Meeting as well as Robby's raiders. Our speaker this week will be Lori
Apodaca. She will relate the placement of a home warranty and a successful sale
for the investor. Of Course Ray the Handyman will provide a delectable
delight. We are planning a week end on our lot in McCall some time in July.
Everyone is invited bring a trailer motor home or your favorite tent. Keep in
