Tuesday at 6+ PM we will have our monthly meeting at 1011 W Williams.  It will be a BBQ and networking and speakers.  The market has heated up and deals are available to be developed. Cindy and I are at the coast we will return in time for the meeting.  If you have immediate needs or concerns contact anyone on the Mike Dietz Team.  Congratulations to Ms. Jordan of Guilde Mortgage Fame for helping close a tough one.  She sure gets the job done.  Something I was reminded of is that we don't have to work with unpleasant people.  Take care of those that look out for you.  If someone wants to work the NOD list with me just give me a shout and we will have some fun.

Hello Fellow Real Estate Junkies,

 

 

If you have enjoyed our meetings and our Wine Wednesdays you will love our new format  for our Monthly General Meetings.  If you want to bring some of your favorite wine and / or delectable Delight please do so.  This months keynote speaker is Jonathin Chick, Lender to the Stars.  He has access to hard money and since he works for a Bank he has killer deals on owner occupied.  We would ask any other member that is a Lender to also put yourself on the firing line.  Remember we are at the Firehouse now 1011 W Williams and we start at 6:30 PM.  The market is heating up.  We have had several Buyers loose out on their chosen  home because another Buyer came in above asking price.  The lower end of the market is very tight.  If  someone wants to work with me on NOD's see me tonight and we will let you be the one to send in our offer to the bank.  Of course you need to put in an offer that you think the third party Lender (bank) will accept.

Butch has a new listing  for $135,795.  It has 1099 SF  2 BR 2 BA.  Includes W/D and Refer.  There is a possibility of owner financing.  The home was built in 1987.  At Butch's request we are sending out a notice of this property being availiabe..  The Mike Dietz Realty Team will be delighted to show you this property!

BREIC General Meeting and social event

We are going to use the space next to our closet office for our meeting.  Connie finishes up cutting hair at 6 PM so we will change the time to 6:30PM officially next month,.  So it will be fine if you are running late tonight or come around the back to our office and we will pour you a glass of vino or a Coors light.  Looking forward to seeing everyone!

BREIC Monthly meeting April 1st 6 PM 1011 W Williams

HI all,

 

Things are heating up in Real Estateville. If you would like to pound the pavement and knock on some doors with me concerning NOD notices just sign up at the meeting tomorrow night.  I generally go out in the afternoons for two hours at a pop.  Our meeting will be at the Firehouse 1011 W Williams at the west corner of Boise and Broadway where Williams dead ends.  We will meet at 6 PM.  Our space is smaller but we plan on having fun.  We will pop a cork or two and munch on some delectable delights.  Feel free to bring a libation or two.  We plan on making the event a social get together as well as our educational meeting.  The main reason for the move to our building is that I start to fade in the evening and this way I can grab a ride home or cool it  in the office.  My Parkinson's is under control with the fantastic care of my Doctor Irwin Sackman and my movement disorder Doctor Lauren Seeberger.  After almost fourteen years we need a change!  See you tomorrow night...............................  Our members and our friends will mesh brilliantly.

BREIC Mike Dietz Real Estate Team APRIL Meeting

 Hello fellow RE Investors

We are going to shake things up a bit starting April 1st.  We are going to have our General meeting at the Firehouse 1011 W Williams at the West corner of Boise Ave and Broadway.  Connie Rexroad Who has the Barber Shop next to our office has agreed to let us use her space once a month on the first Tuesday at 6 PM.  So if you need a haircut call Connie and as Eric would say Get it Dunn!!  890-2938  We are hoping to use the time as a social event as well as the monthly BREIC meeting.  We will start it out with at least a bottle of wine and a tasty delight.  If anyone wants to bring something to share that will be great.  Just to make sure we have enough chairs you might throw in a folding chair or two.  Our format will be the same as before.  It will be a bit more casual and hopefully just as interesting.  Many thanks to Stewart Title for supporting our local Investment Club.  We will see you on the First................................  It will be a great time.
