Alex has officially turned age 22! Her Birthday started at 6 AM Sunday and I was greeted in my kitchen this morning by one of her guests. I was a bit surprised to say the least. Lots going on. We are building a new website just for investors by a company called Flipcom, supported by the TV show Flip this House! It is all very exciting. Even the Assessor admits we have bottomed out and we have no where to go but up in real estate values. This is the time for Investors to jump in. What a fantastic Memorial Day. I finished planting my dahlias in the front yard. All three of my girls, Alex, Charlotte, and Elizabeth with Son in law Brent came over and painted the pool for me. It looks great. The BBQ was fun Friday evening. We had over fifty people attend. Even David Wilkinson and Daughter stopped by. My friends Betty Jo and Vic mixed in well with our motley crew. The food was a delectable delight cooked by master chef Ray the Handyman Reinhardt. June's General Meeting will be one to remember as well. We are going to consider several properties and determine if they are sound investments. Cynthia Schember is going to review a successful investment purchase in her portfolio.
