Hello there!

What do you think about a spring open house at the Fire House? We are working around the May 25^th date in the evening. We would ask that all the offices be open and that you invite your family, friends and clients! You may serve tea and cookies. In our case we will break out the bubbly. What about 6 to 8 PM? Our little office has some cleaning up to get done. We will probably have Ray the Handyman prepare some delectable delights as well. Hopefully all the offices will be open and Family, Friends, and clients will tour the building and sample what each office has provided and best of all we might come out with some new friends. We are bound to get some live music out of Pat or her students?

Wow, was it a nice week end. Cindy and I spent the whole time replacing a fence post and rebuilding a gate. (Besides the usual Real Estate and Tenant calls) Who could have thought that a fence and gate could have kicked my bananas? We have a wonderful meeting in store for you on the first of May at 6 PM in the Silvercreek Realty Training room. R Wade Curtis Attorney will be our featured speaker. He will talk about forms of business but most importantly how do you protect what you have created. Bring your questions Wade will have a Q&A session. Short supply and an increase in demand according to the only thing I remember in Econ class indicates a rise in prices. BREIC The MIke Dietz Real Estate Team 4-9-12

Hello Fellow RE Investors,

HAPPY EASTER! My girls organized their 17th neighborhood pot luck and egg hunt. What a fantastic day! We saw more neighbors than we thought existed. The Hummels walked over and 91 year Boyce Williamson was spreading his philosophy to who ever would listen. Kathy Barrett was nice enough to let us use her driveway across from ours. Betsy Givens a famous Boise Realtor was present with her grand child Max. Kirk MacAllister the newest member of our team was there with the lovely Penney. It is amazing how our lives and our working lives intermix and intertwine. Our General Meeting went pretty well. The first part was a webinar which was a bit difficult to hear. We have a link to the program for anyone that missed it. It was from AON which insures we won't have any vacant units! Our next meeting will surely be well attended. Wade Curtis Real Estate Attorney will discuss forms of business and the protection and maintenance of the business once it is up and running. Spring has sprung! I have 150 different varieties of Dahlias potted and beginning to sprout in my little greenhouse. Some of my tubers didn't do so well over the winter but I'm hopeful that they will Pop and be ready to plant in the ground May 15th. We have had some interesting General Meetings, some great discussions, and fantastic food from Ray the Handyman. The next meeting on April 3rd will be another winner. The Real Estate market is heating up beginning with the lower priced market. Properties have several offers in just a few days. It can be quite frustrating for Buyers. One of the hottest areas for entry level homes are the Columbia Village area of SE Boise. Our team is going door to door seeking Sellers for our list of Buyers. The Multi Family is not being left out of the fun either. There are slim pickings in the MLS for 4-Plexes. The newest member of our team is Kirk MacAllister. He joined us and Silvercreek last week. Kirk is very knowledgeable and along with Alex Dietz and Robby Reinhardt the team will take good care of you and your investment desires. BREIC Mike Dietz Real Estate Team news & picks 3-6-12

Fellow RE Investors,

This is the day! Our Vendor Fair consumes our March General Meeting at 6 PM to about 7:30 PM 1099 S Wells Eagle exit North side of Hwy 84 west of Eagle Rd. This is the meeting when you begin to or add to your investment team! We will have many of the trades people and skilled support people that you might need to keep your investment machine well oiled and firing on all eight cylinders. On top of that the worlds most famous Handyman Ray Reinhardt will be serving ROAST BEAST. If you do anything at least come for the BEAST. The market has indeed picked up. We have several clients that have been out bid and outright run over by the amount of ready buyers. Homes under $150,000 have been going in one or two days and some have more than ten offers. If you were ever going to jump in now is the time. Multi family is still a bargain if you watch your numbers, and commercial is a slumbering giant. Single Family is seeing the early action.
